Rooftop Igloo and Terrace Greenhouse Reservations

Our Garden Igloo and Terrace Greenhouse experiences at The View at Shires’ Garden provide our guests with a unique setting under the stars, with panoramic views of the riverfront and stadiums from our tenth floor terrace! These Domes and Greenhouses can accommodate a variety of different sized groups and are perfectly suited for a fun night out with friends and colleagues, or a romantic date night! The Igloos and Greenhouses come equipped with heat, and a bluetooth speaker.
Our Igloos and Greenhouses are available November through March ONLY, and seasonal availability its subject to change, per the weather.
Igloos and Greenhouse reservations DO NOT guarantee a view, though all are located on our outdoor terrace. Requests are booked in the order they are received. Guests must be accompanied by an adult 21+ at all times and all reservations must be secured by a parent or guardian 21+ who is onsite at all times. Submitting a request does not GUARANTEE a reservation. We will be in touch as soon as possible with confirmation if we are able to accommodate your reservation request, once all details have been secured.
The View at Shires’ Garden Dome and Terrace Greenhouse Experience Information and Guidelines:
- Reservable Tuesday-Sunday
- ID required upon arrival
- Accommodates up to 8 guests MAX
- 2 hours max reservation period
- Full service provided with designated server
- 23% service fee on all tabs associated with the reservation
Minimum Spend Agreement Requirements:
$100 2 person Terrace Greenhouse
$150 4 person Terrace Greenhouse
$200 4-8 person Garden Igloo (weekday nights )
$300 4-8 person Garden Igloos (weekends nights all times)

$50 Deposit is required and is charged for NO SHOW events. Otherwise, the deposit is applied to your final bill.
Your reservation is confirmed with a completed form request, signed contract agreement, and paid deposit, with confirmation from our Event Coordinator.
A valid credit card is required upon reservation to secure your space. If party is more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, the reservation period is null and void, and you forfeit your deposit.agreement in place. Any damage to any property of or within the dome requires a $500 damage fee. Payable via the credit card on file for deposit.
No smoking of any kind, no outside alcohol, and no outside food.
Guests must check out with their server before departing the dome to disconnect from BlueTooth and return light controls, and turn off heat upon exit. While all are heated, we can not assure that the heat can keep up with outdoor temperatures. Please dress accordingly.

our Parlor can accommodate up to 24 seated guests for an intimate dinner or brunch event. we can also offer terrace (outdoor) reservations ONLY with an interior (parlor) space reserved, as well, in the case of inclement weather. we additionally offer full buyout events for up to 200 guests, with enough advance notice. please submit an inquiry for more information, minimum spend requirements, and any questions you may have, and our private events coordinator will be in touch within 48 hours.
